Mr. Fridley was born in the state of Ohio. He moved with his family from Ohio to California in the mid 1980’s. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of La Verne. Mr. Fridley spent his several years focused in the field of accounting and tax. He has over 10 years management experience working for two of the largest Accounting Firms in the World. He specialized in valuation and tax services for over a decade. His extensive background in tax has enabled him to use effective tax planning techniques to minimize taxes using relevant statutes, court decisions, and local customs and practices. He has also provided expert valuation testimony as an accredited business appraiser throughout the state.

HOPE L. MATHENA grew up in Irvine and Newport Beach, California. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she obtained highest honors in the field of legal studies. A graduate of the Chapman University School of Law, Ms. Mathena is now a fifth-year associate at the Fridley Law Firm. She has completed mediation training with CSP Dispute Resolution, the organization employed by the Orange County Superior Court for mandatory mediations. Ms. Mathena is on a panel of attorneys authorized to receive court-appointments in the Orange County Superior Court, probate division, and is an active member of the Trust and Estates and Conservatorship Sections of the Orange County Bar Association.
