Mr. Scott Fridley
Mr. Fridley was born in the state of Ohio. He moved with his family from Ohio to California in the mid 1980ís. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of La Verne. Mr. Fridley spent his several years focused in the field of accounting and tax. He has over 10 years management experience working for two of the largest Accounting Firms in the World. He specialized in valuation and tax services for over a decade. His extensive background in tax has enabled him to use effective tax planning techniques to minimize taxes using relevant statutes, court decisions, and local customs and practices. He has also provided expert valuation testimony as an accredited business appraiser throughout the state.
Mr. Fridley graduated from Whittier Law School located in Costa Mesa, California. While in Law School he continued his management position with one of the top five CPA firms in the World. While in management Mr. Fridley received Outstanding Performance Awards and prided himself on a strong work ethic.
Mr. Fridley has strong litigation skills and trial experience. He has an incredible track record of success in each of his cases. He is responsive and attentive to his clientís while remaining aggressive in pursuit of his clientís best interest. He has many return customers, which exemplifies his commitment to providing the best service to each and every person.
Mr. Fridley has significant experience assisting clients with business formation and operation matters. This includes the organization and representation of numerous limited liability companies, corporations, and other business entities.
He has spent his career practicing in the areas of estate planning, property tax, litigation, collection, and taxation. He has handled hundreds of complicated audits, appeal disputes, and substantial litigation matters.
He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, State Bar of California, United States Tax Court, United States District Court, United States Court of Appeals for the ninth Circuit, and Society of Auditors and Appraisers.
Mr. Oliver Mathew Riley
Mr. Oliver Mathew Riley grew up in Claremont, California. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Mr. Riley then married his high school sweetheart who is also pursuing a career in the legal field.
Following in his motherís footsteps, he decided to pursue a career in law.
Mr. Riley graduated from the University of La Verne, College of Law with his Juris Doctorate Degree. While attending law school he continued to work as a substitute high school teacher. Mr. Riley also spent several years working at the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles.
Mr. Riley then went on to pass the Bar Exam on his first attempt. He attributes this to his strong dedication and interest in the field of law. He prides himself on being prepared, aggressive and organized. Currently, he is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Scott Fridley.
Mr. Riley also enjoys mentoring others and is currently part of a volunteer program at the Heman G. Stark Youth Correctional Facility in Chino.
